A thin strip of land squeezed between the brackish water of The Great Belt and the highway connecting the islands of the danish archipelago. The soundscape is a symphony of waves breaking and an immense highway hum. On hot summer days it’s accompanied by countless voices, when the beach turns into a place of leisure. The scents in the air is a strange mix of sunscreen, sweat and rotting seaweed - sometimes topped by an unmistakingly smell of noodles and unidentified chemicals from the factories in the industrial area behind the highway.
